BORDER OF THE OXYGEN-FREE AREA
The layer of water saturated with oxygen exists at depths of up to 200 m where all flora and fauna of the sea live
Dead area containing hydrogen sulfide — up to 2,000 m.

The concentration of H2S increases with depth, reaching a maximum of 9.6 mg / l of water. Only anaerobic bacteria are found in this area.

The goal of the project is to create completely safe and environmentally friendly hydrogen production using hydrogen sulfide contained in the deep layers of the Black Sea while preserving the entire ecosystem of the reservoir.
